A question about : Lost money on expired gift card!!

Hello,
I am really quite cross as I have a gift card for House of Fraser. I just rang up to check the balance, I knew there was a problem as it was not acknowleding my card online. Only to be told that my card has expired!! Thankfully it only had about Ј6 on it - (but Ј6 is Ј6!!) I asked if i could still get the money and was told NO!! The cards expire 24months after the last load.

A question about : Aquashield Reclaim

Hi all,

I am enquiring if anybody else has had a letter from consumer reclaim offering a 'no win, no fee' reclaim from Aquashield in regards to the roof me and my partner paid for in 2009.

Well its not quite Aquashield but the finance company we went through Hitachi. As we had it on finance (all be it 0%) they are saying we can still claim the lot back, compensation and interest through them due to the false information given upon sale as it apparently has been proven not to work and Aquashield have now folded.

A question about : Claim for missold house insurance ?

Hi,
I'm new to posting but hope there is someone who can answer this question as I've tried googling it with no success.

When we took out our first mortgage with Alliance and Leicester, we were told that we had to take their recommended house insurance in order to qualify for the mortgage.
I'm sure this is now regarded as misselling but wondered if anyone else had had this experience and claimed.
