Hi
I am in shared ownership property and feel the rent is too high, who can I concat about this.
Our rent is Ј20 more expensive than the other shared ownership properies at the other end of town(it is with a different housing assocation)
Any help/advice much appericated.

A question about : Sonicare toothbrush refund/replacement

Hi all,

In short, I have bought 2 Sonicare toothbrushes - one for myself, and one for my partner.

The one I bought for my partner was purchased in October 2008. It broke less than 2 years later, and I sent it back for a replacement. Less than 2 years later again, same problem. It's worth noting that I have had exactly the same problem with the toothbrush - with again 2 replacements.

A question about : Daughters school trip

My daughter is ill atm and due to go on a school trip in 2 days, if she is still too ill to go what are my rights on getting back any money paid for the trip if i can get any back at all.?

A question about : Business Partner

A friend of mine (A) set up a limited company last year with a friend (B). It didn't work out, and friend A had invested a considerable amount of money into the business. They ceased trading at Christmas, but B had set up the company and was responsible for all the accounts, and despite being asked many times has not provided A with any sets of accounts.

A question about : Car broke after 2 months

Hi all,

I purchased a 07 Vauxhall Zafira for the family on 6th April 12 (2 months ago). It had a 3 month warranty.

Over the weekend, the gearbox broke. Took it to the garage who confirmed that the gearbox cables need replacing and the driveshaft seal need replacing as it is leaking. Total cost Ј300.

The warranty company state that the parts are not covered.

The company I purchased the car off don't want to know now they have my cash.

That CAB staff do not always give the correct information to people with regards to lodgers. They misled an ex lodger of mine telling them that they had the rights of tenants.

clearly they, or some of them do not know the difference between tenants and lodgers.

A question about : Personal Trainer owes me money as he didn't provide me with training sessions

For over 6 months I have been trying to get back Ј300 I paid to a personal trainer for sessions he did not give me. I have spoken to CAB on a couple of occasions but I can't seem to get an answer to one specific question.

The personal trainer told me that he was applying for bankruptcy and then informed me that this was not happening and CAB would be writing to all his creditors with a payment plan.
