A question about : Old mobile phone contract
Hi, Not sure if this is the right place but here goes.
My husband has just recieved a letter from Lowell about a vodafone contract he had 2-3years ago, he was in dispute with vodafone about this due to incorrect charging for usage abroad. The last we heard vodafone were still looking into it and that was in 2010.
Lowell have now sent us a letter saying
you were recently informed that your vodafone account was sold to lowell becasue there is an outstanding debt and vodafone was unable to recover it from you. You were alos informed that unless you repaid your debt, or entered into a repayment plan your account would be transferred to the debt collection department. This has now happened
This is the first we have heard from anyone about this since 2010 when it was still being looked into by vodafone and we are now not sure what the best path to take with this is.
Can anybody help please???

- Hi Rmortin1989,
Thanks for making me aware of this.
To enable me to get things looked into could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,
Lee
