Sat chatting with my 11 D.D and I casually said that I couldn't wait 'till Pharell Williams releases his new L.P.Whats an L.P she asks.
Two major mistakes made there then..
1) I'm too old to like Pharell Williams
2) They're on C.D now

A question about : Transposing chords with a capo

A capo being a piece metal which goes across a guitar to create a bar.

There's a song I wish to play on the ukulele which I've found here the problem being is that the chords are too difficult for me to play and would require transposing to a different key.

If I don't have a capo, how do I transpose the chords to an easier key? Thank you. There's nothing on www.chordie.com so can't tranpose that way.

A question about : Music suggestions for my new MP3 Doorbell !

I have just got myself a MP3 doorbell and it is top banana !!

I can transfer any MP3s I want on to it and they become my doorbell.

So as a proper MSE thread I want any suggestions that you may have. Theme tunes / advert music / anything that just makes it more fun to answer the door.

Currently, I have got Thunderbirds on it, starting with the 5-4-3-2-1 countdown.

A question about : Google music vs spotify?

I'm currently using spotify premium and paying a tenner a month. I'm thinking of giving google music a go, has anyone tried it yet.... Any feedback appreciated - availability of songs, use ability etc.

A question about : Discount Shopper

Wasn't sure where to post this. I couldn't find a cashback thread.

Does anyone happen to know if Discount Shopper does cashback for gear4music. Or if anyone else does? Or if there are any live codes for them? Or where the cheapest place to get a Yamaha 4335 Intermediate Silver trumpet is?
