A question about : MSE Sky Broadband/Marks and Spencer deal

Hellotitle=Hello - I'm a newbie here and not sure whether this is the right thread but seeing as it's a MSE offer maybe it is?? (re-direct me if not!) ...signed up to Sky Broadband thru MSE and was promised Ј192 vouchers for Marks and Spencer - I haven't received them yet -understandably, I'll get them through once my broadband goes live otherwise I could cancel any time and get away with the vouchers! title=Big Trouble is, I've not received any confirmation I'll be getting them, and the day we go live is fast approaching... please respond, someone -I'm a bit worried!

    Wondering the same thing - So sky have told me how to collect mine from Sky but the ones that MSE give us, are they just emailed at some point, would be great to have an answer on this - I have looked on the FAQ page and cant see an answer so perhaps you could answer here? Thanks

  • Hi there sorry to be rude but I think you are missing the point! I have got my SKY vouchers - its the ones MSE were meant to email me that are the problem!
  • Good point! The guy I spoke to from Sky mentioned the ones from there, but in the deal it did say Ј192 ... I know the Sky ones come through when we go live, but there's no confirmation about the other ones. You get one half in the post and one half via email - it'd be nice to know for sure if they're coming :s
  • Hello, Can someone at MSE please clarify what is happening with the deal.
    The deal clearly stated "They get Ј192 of M&S vouchers for doing it. If you'd have spent that at M&S anyway, factor it in, and staggeringly, you're 25p UP". I have contacted SKY and claimed my Ј100 M and S vouchers from them. How do you get the remaining Ј92 on line vouchers?

    The key bit is this...
    You get Ј192 of M&S vouchers (Ј100 by post, Ј92 emailed). This is sent as TWO DIFFERENT vouchers - both within 90 days of your phone line being activated. A Ј100 voucher will be sent by post from Sky, plus a Ј92 voucher emailed from Affiliate Window (the marketing agency that runs Sky's special web promo deal).
    As MSE David P said above you can email skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com if you've a question on the Ј92 voucher via them.
  • Update... okay, so got my sky up and running and have confirmed with them that my Ј100 voucher's in the post. Great! But where's that Ј92 one - surely email's quicker than post??
  • I followed the instructions - and the links via affiliate window - and have my Sky up and running. However Sky have no idea what I'm talking about when I enquire about my Ј100 voucher, and affiliate window have not responded to my email.
  • I've got the same worry - the extra Ј92 M&S vouchers from affiliate window. It seems a bit dodge that there's no kind of confirmation / assurance after your sky is activated. I'll try email on the link above and see if there is any answer.
  • I have also joined sky via the deal on here for Ј100 vouchers from Sky and a further Ј92 via affiliated . I went live last week and have immediately received my Ј100 e voucher from Sky - I see others had theirs posted but not offered this by Sky. Nothing as yet re the Ј92, although it does say can be up to 90 days.
    Just a little concerned if they do not arrive within that time as to how I contact them since Sky themselves say they cannot help and the link given on here does not appear to work? Anyone else got theirs from this deal and how long did it take?
    I would also add that when I initially spoke with a Sky advisor prior to signing up they told me they automatically let Affiliate know when my account had gone live. I have spoken to someone there again today and she said there are no notes on the account and that they do not do this??

  • I got my email for skyvoucher a few days ago. but my voucher won't Download so at moment I have nothing! Have emailed Sky and tried to 'chat online' to them but got cut off.
  • I have the same problem, got the offer from Sky for 100, though these still havent been sent (they said 5 days after confirming online), but no clue about the remaining 92...
    Any updates would be welcome
  • Received Ј100 voucher from Sky but no word on the Ј92. I signed up through provided link but never got a confirmation email or anything relating to the Ј92. Have sent email linked earlier in thread. Keep us updated.
  • Not got my Ј92 either, and there is no point emailing skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com as they do not reply, I have tried several times. In all it was an MSE offer so MSE are responsible.
  • After my last post on 30/09/14 I emailed affiliate window and got a reply the next day saying "The process of you receiving your vouchers is only started after installation has occurred and can take up to 90 days to reach you. We send our vouchers in the form of E-Gift cards that we send to the email address that you used to register with Sky."
    My account was activated 18/09/14 so I guess (hope!) I should get the Ј92 e-voucher anytime before christmas!
    Also got an email with my Ј100 e-voucher from sky on Tuesday which was nice, I was told it was coming in the post.
