If you lived in Wales between April 2003 and August 2013, and paid for care under the NHS or privately, you could reclaim Ј10,000s in fees. But hurry, as you must start the reclaiming process before Thursday.....

- That sounds underhanded of the welsh government/welsh NHS. I would hope that it wouldn't carry in law.
- Who would have to make the application on behalf of a deceased relative? Would it have to be the executor in which case, is it classed as probate/an asset of the deceased claimant?
- They clearly don't want you to claim. The is the first we've heard of this (wife's mum was being cared for in Wales but we live in Engalnd) so my wife tried to call but all numbers rang and rang and then cut off. Of course we've now missed the deadline!!
- When I clicked on the link to the NHS website. It came up as an error link on the Powys health Board link
