A question about : "Water Damaged" Samsung Galaxy Note 3 after 2 months...

Hi,

I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on a 24-month contract from Vodafone at the beginning of November - I liked to think it was a fairly high end, good quality phone; I'm certainly paying a premium on my contract price compared to other phones on the market.

A question about : Battery issue, Charger issue or?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3.

A few days ago I noticed the battery draining rapidly out of nowhere, it went from a full charge to dead in 2 hours.

I put it on charge when I got home using the wall charger and it took 26 hours to fully charge my phone from dead to 100 per cent battery.

I used the phone to go online and the battery was draining, I looked at it and it was draining 5 per cent every minute or so.

I have been on a monthly contract with O2 for a number of years. Now I'm due an upgrade and have selected the phone I would like, however, O2 now split their monthly repayment plan into two:
Airtime Plan is the tariff you choose. Device Plan is the monthly cost of the phone, through an interest-free loan on a Consumer Credit Agreement.

My concern is that I have a Debt Management Plan which affect my credit score. Could I be turned down for an upgrade because of my DMP?

My 12-month contract with Vodafone is nearing the end and was wondering if anyone has received any good retention deals from Vodafone? I am currently on the Anytime 125 contract, which is 125 mins and 250 texts for Ј20 per month. I am hoping to get something similar for a little cheaper. Any help would be much appreciated.
