A question about : offsetting loans

I currently have a Ј7000 loan with www.if.com and am 18 months into the loan and its nearly paid off due to overpayments etc when i could afford it, i off set the loan with Ј3500 savings on an apr of 8.3%, i am about to renew loan to get a new car and want to borrow Ј6250 but note www.if.com for offsetting loans now has an interest rate of 10.3%!!!!

A question about : Refund from Black Horse due to contract

A family member has had a letter this morning saying that basically blackhorse finance are giving them a refund of interest due to them not notifying her of the right to voluntarily terminate her contract before completion. It is on a car she had which is now fully paid off.

It says as a result they are not entitled to this interest and will be sending a cheque. Now it all looks legit and a quick search online shows other cases.

A question about : Declined for loan/car finance

So I've banked with barclays for 4 years now and I have a barclaycard initial CC which I've kept in good standing (not always paid in full but always paid at least 4 x the minimum) its for Ј800 and I bought car insurance on it and paid it off within the month last month.

I've worked for nearly 3 years and always been paid into my current account, my account is normally around Ј20-100 as I take money out each week as I prefer to save my money in cash.

A question about : Student Loan Repayments Error

Hi guys,
I could really do with some help. I am at my wits end and banging my head against a brick wall. I need to know who I can go to legally to help me with this as I have no confidence that I am going to get anywhere through complaining directly to Student Loans Company.

Hi,

I have a loan with Natwest which I would like to clear sooner. Is there a way of paying off this loan with the new Barclaycard 0% card?
I also have an M&S and Debenhams credit card if these could some how be used to pay the loan and then do a balance transfer from those.
