A question about : Personal Car Loan after Death

Hi there,

My stepfather recently passed away and had purchased a vehicle around a year ago.

The vehicle was bought using a personal loan through the finance company...it was not on HP.

The vehicle is worth around Ј5200 and has Ј5600 finance outstanding.....The main issue is that there is no money left in the estate to pay for the funeral, the existing finance on the car nor the Ј1500 outstanding on the mortgage...(there was a policy in place but it did not cover the mortgage in full)

A question about : Egg loan

Hi there,
I'm new to this site, and looking for some advice, I have an egg loan , which was taken over by moorgate, I could really do with a 3 month payment break..(egg use to do this).. .. Do you think I can still get this, as surely this was in my terms & conditions when I agreed the loan with egg. Surely the new company should adhere to this policy?

Hi there,

Im after some advice on what to do about my mishmash of credit cards and my car loan please.

Currently I have:
1x Texaco credit card fixed at 3.2% (I think it is?) for the life of the balance.
1x Egg card which 0% for 6 months has ran out.

and

1x Cahoot flexible loan at 8.8% for my car.

Now...because they're all over the place Im considering taking advantage of a 0% interest rate for the longest period I can find....then once it's over, transfer again and so on.
