A question about : Kinetic Logistics (Costco)

I am just letting you know if you get a delivery from Kinetic Logistics (07937 947950) which is a delivery firm which deliver for Costco you will get charged 25p text message (even if you get free texts from your provider) when you confirm the delivery slot, if you don't do this the delivery will be cancelled. I text them many times because I believed my texts was not working, but they was!!!

  • Pretty sure thats a Jersey number so not classed as a UK number for calling or texts
  • I'm surprised they use anyone other than UPS - thats who has always delivered my stuff from them (unless it was a big item).
    Their customer service is outstanding though - just speak to them and I'm sure they would refund any charges due to having to call someone.
