A question about : Item shows delivered

I added tracking to an item which was promptly delivered.

Ebays tracking link says We expect your shipment information soon.

But Hermes website has full tracking and delivery details.

Problem is buyer as spotted this and filed an INR claim. She is refusing to communicate and is probably confident she cant lose.

How can i compete if Ebays own system is at fault - and ebay don't read claims? Hate getting scammed.

  • In the case details?
  • If you added tracking in dispatch and add it again to the case you will be fine. CS don't go by the link, they use the tracking number.
  • Ebay tracking never seems to work.
    I can confirm if you esculate the case they will still find in your favour. They must not use their own link, but go direct to the website.
  • Another scammer trying it on.
    On the 8th day, escalate to eBay CS & they will close in your favour & remove the defect.

    Buyer made no communication and escalated as soon as she could.
    But Ebay did check the tracking properly and refused the refund.
    Defect was removed and the Buyer went quiet.
    Result! :-)
