  • thanks, will take a note of this for next time!
  • I use the number 01355 359007 for the tax credit helpline and have also got through first time everytime i ring. Must say they are also very helpful when i have dealt with them.
  • Be aware when calling through numbers like that, there are Priority Line numbers meant to only be used by Jobcentre Plus or the Department of Work and Pensions, and this will show up as a call from a Priority Line to the Tax Credits Helpline. JCP & DWP often give these numbers to people to use by accident but the helpline wont deal with a normal customer if you call through on one of these numbers.
  • Use SAY NO TO there is lots on there Martin alsways tells you to use it. I never phone the 0845 etc never been question on any number before. Catalogues, companys, gov etc
  • Here is the link to SAY NO TO

  • 0845 is charged at local call rates on landline phones, whereas area codes are charged at a higher national rate. If using a mobile, you need to check the individual costs for your network as they could vary.
  • MY tax credits office is Belfast - so it must be THAT one - many thanks...
Now can we have the CSA one please (also Belfast for me - think I'll move to Norn Iron)
Bet if I did it would be somewhere else I'd have to phone LOL
