Hi

I need some advice I currenly have debt total around 14k. All my debt are on repayment plans varying between Ј1 a month to Ј20 I have 3 debts with lloyds and 2 with Halifax they have all been on plans for around 4years. My situation money wise has not changed and i don see it changing anytime soon.

I am thinking of trying to offer full and final settlement on the accounts but dont know were to start my accounts are with westcot and credit security ltd

  Have you had some advice from one of the debt advice charities?
  Could you consider a DRO or bankruptcy as an option?
  Do you have any assets?
  You mention considering F&Fs - where would you get the money from to be able to make those offers?
• Do you have the means of getting the cash for these F&F offers if they do agree? as they will usually only give you 28 days max to pay it otherwise the offer will end.
• Sorry ment to say i work at the halifax so bankrupcy not an option. Mum has offered to lend me money to stop the daily calls letters etc from these companies.
• In terms of daily calls - have you tried sending the telephone harrasment letter to the debt collection agencies - to state you require all communication to be in writing?
