A question about : Help!! Bailiffs

My boyfriend has bailiffs turn up this morning from marsden group demanding money from a case passed to them from the dvla. They don't have any details of what car or anything. We don't know what it about and they said they have wrote and been to his previous address which he moved out of last November.

What can we do and how can we find out what it's about. If he is at fault we will pay but not when we have no idea why they are demanding it.

  • Firstly, just make sure he doesn't let them in, keep doors and windows locked, park car elsewhere. If bailiffs are involved there must have been some court involved at some time. Has he never had any letters about this?
