A question about : help!!!!!!

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help, I'm all set up to start my dmp in May,
Just went to check my new bank account online and noticed, there are direct debit set to come out in the name of default dest text, I'm a little worried as to who these are, please can anyone advise, dmp is set with stepchange
