The spuds are good value, though won't keep. Carrots are cheaper per kg in Aldi. Cauli price sounds good though depends on size.

Whole leg of lamb in Sainsburys @ Ј5/kg - note it COULD be EITHER British or New Zealand lamb; average wight 2.05kg so just over Ј10 for a leg!

A question about : Waitrose Camembert Baker reduced Ј8

Picked this up today in Rickmansworth.

Was Ј12, now Ј8. Also included is a jar of Waitrose chopped garlic in white wine vinegar which costs Ј1.99 and a tub of Waitrose wild rosemary, which is about Ј1.80.

Nice present for someone who likes baked camembert.

A question about : Walkers Favourites Spicy Mix 120g drum, 59p

at Waitrose, reduced from Ј2.00.

They were just being reduced in the Esher brach about half an hour ago but I imagine it's part of a nationwide directive.

The tub is a mix of spicy Wotsits, Monster Munch, French Fries and Doritos.

Expiry 20/12/14 but they are sealed inside so would keep until Christmas easily.

A question about : lurpak spreadable/lighter spreadable Ј3 for 1kg pack

Asda currently have the large 1kg packs of Lurpak and Lurpak lighter spreadable for Ј3. Not sure how long the offer is on however seemed to be huge amounts of stock in my local. Best before dates mid to end of February 2015.
