  Had to search for them in the "sale" aisle at our local ASDA (Southampton) as they were sold out in the dishwasher section.

That's what supermarkets pay farmers and how much they charge (semi skimmed fresh milk, 2 pints carton, price per litre).
Pity Aldi and Lidl are not included.

Mine was -

I ordered 12 tins of Whiskas cat food from Asda and it was substituted with 12 tins of Pedigree Chum (dog food)!!

What were they thinking?

A question about : Is Cosco really that cheap? Which SM is best?

We have two adults and three young children in our house and seem to spend a fortune on shopping. I've tried Lidl and Alidi and while I understand they are much cheaper I'm not a huge fan of the brands to be honest.

Our default weekly big shop is normally ASDA.

I joined Cosco a while ago and had a stage where I used it a lot for bulk, none perishable items.

However, a visit recently convinced me buying this way isn't the best option. Do you think I'm right?

A question about : lotus biscuits 40p & Glitch

Lotus Biscoff biccys are 99p in Tesco but Tesco mag gives you a 40p voucher inside but when you put voucher through for 40p off its goes through twice ie: 2 x 40p off so biccys cost 19p

A question about : New Dirty Tricks 2015

over the years as a super savvy shopper i have picked up on dirty little tricks that the big supermarkets get up to.

in the past the main culprit has been tesco's. with no end of dastardly ways to make you think you're getting a good deal when really you aren't!
i now rarely shop their because of it. probably the reason for their plummeting sales as others have cottoned on.
