A question about : Evans Halshaw Faulty Car
Has anyone bought a car from Evans Halshaw that developed
problems soon after?
Please could you leave your story below with the answers to:
- the dealership location
- the problem, including the cost, age and mileage of car
- the solution offered by the dealership
- the overall outcome: did you accept a repair/replacement/refund - and why did you accept the outcome, ie:financial, time, stress etc
Did you seek professional advice? and if so, from who?
I am trying to find others in the same situation. I cannot offer you legal advice, nor can I discuss my case. But I will update once it has finalised.
For any faulty goods purchsed, speak to the shop/dealership/company first. The Sale of Goods Act (SOGA) will help, as will seeking legal advice from solicitors or charities like the Citizens Advice Bureau. Just g**gle for help!
Please pass this on to someone you might know. Replies needed by 5th March 2015.
I will acknowledge your posts, but like I said, I cannot give legal advice. There are many places online that can offer you this
Thank you

- So what's the point in anyone replying with their story? You don't seem to have given any clue as to what you intend to achieve with this so why should anyone bother?
- They also spammed this in another forum. Suspicious or what!
- I've emailed the FBI.
- No it's not spam. I'm new to forums and not sure where to post things.
I posted this to find out about anyone else who have had problems with Evans Halshaw.
As in my original post, this is already going through court, so I did not come on here seeking advice on how to proceed with my case, but I was trying to find others who are f***ed off with car dealerships
