A question about : nPower

So I recently switched gas to nPower sicne they were (unfortunately) the cheapest by a fair way. They've now asked me to submit opening meter readings but I can't - the online form keeps asking me for both gas and electricity readings even though they aren't supplying my electricity.

Anyone else had this issue? Can't believe their brand new online system is still problematic.

A question about : Economy Seven

Hi Folks,

A recent Martin programme alerted me to the fact that I have Economy 7 and am probably paying more for electricity than if I went back to a standard tariff. (I'm not using enough at night). So I contacted my (new) supplier (COOP) who could not find out who I need to contact to get the meter swapped from Economy 7 to a single meter.

Who should I get in touch with and what is their number? (I'm in Essex).

I was cold called yet again...

Anyway I was at work I said call back later and they did. I tried to get meter readings to hand. But I found the gas meter catch was broken so couldn't take a reading, (I've called SSE about this since I assume it was the person taking the last meter reading that broke it!).

A question about : Scottish Power the worst

It took them ages to transfer me. They lost my first reading. If you try to call them be prepared to stay waiting on the phone for hours before someone answers. All I can say is the are the current cheapest for me with no switching fee.
