i sold an item on the 15th of jan on ebay (1st in over 4 years)

it was going overseas and dueto its reasonable value and location i chose royal mail signed for

now the buyer has opened a paypal case as it hasnt arrived. And i dont know were i stand anymore

the tacking with royal mail is RU746188099GB (just says its being processed and has done for nearly 3 weeks)

A buyer has done a chargeback on me. unauthorised use of card.

I sent the item via myhermes and tracking shows as delivered.

Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to upload to win ths dispute?

A question about : Query? Schedule 20 Listings per Month Free

Possibly a really silly question but I'm hoping someone can help me.

Does it mean that I can schedule another 20 listings to start at some point in the month in addition to my 20 free listings? In other words do I actually get 40 free listings?

I'm confused and cant find the answer anywhere.

A question about : when searching can i specify " uk only" ?

when doing a search .. am I able to specify that I only want to see products that are coming only from uk supply ?

can i have that as a permanent feature ?

A question about : INR case opened after NAD case?

If a buyer were to open a not as described case, could they open an item not recieved case after this? Long back story behind this but just need to know if the ebay system will let them do this? Thanks

• well if they open a SNAD case and this is closed i am not sure they could then open an INR. If they did then just call eBay as how can they say the item was not as described and then state they never received it

A question about : Suspect Winning Bid

I have just sold an item where someone won after bidding in the final seconds.

I have looked on the feedback and i'm a bit worried. It has lots of people saying failed to pay, no response, and time waster. People have written this negative feedback under a positive icon.

I emailed them straight away stating they contact me as i'm concerned with the feedback and that they live 2.5hrs away from where I live for a Ј25 winning bid which is collection only.

A question about : Ebay global shipping programme charging for duty exempt items

I want to buy an item of children's clothing from the USA. The seller is enrolled in the ebay global shipping programme and when I'm going through checkout, it is trying to charge an extra $10 for import charges.

As far as I'm aware, children's clothing shouldn't be charged and I have checked on dutycalculator.com and it says the same.

Is there anyway to stop this charge or are they basically charging brokerage fees on an item that doesn't need any tax/duty taken from it?

A question about : Defect for a partial refund?

I was wondering, Do you get a defect if you do a parial refund via paypal or only if theres a dispute?

I had a buyer from the US buy an item, then pay. then buy another etc total of 5 items!
Never asked about combined postage but bought and paid each item individually paying Ј3 International P+P (Even though I had it set up for Ј3 for 1st + 50p each additional listing, if he bought and paid all together)
