A question about : Deal Cloud Voucher Doesnt work Help

I bought a voucher through Deal Cloud for Giftsandgadgetsuk.com. Voucher code doesnt work on GAG site. Not a vast amount but I may have been scammed. Anyone know if this is for real or should I cancel my cc?

Sent email query anyway. Gifts and Gadgets email doesnt work!!!!!!

  I have the same problem and I have emailed both companies and waiting for a response. Gift and Gadgets email does work it's not bounce back at me so far.

  I JUST TRIED CODE AGAIN AND NOW WORKS :-) and my order has been proceeed. I was sent code by moneysupermarket/local deals. There must have been a delay processing the code. Suggest you try again before canceling with your credit card company!

• OK ... Finally got the voucher to work. Oaid the P & P extra to Gifts and Gadgets ...got a confirmation of order. Just need the postie to turn up now...... email still bounces back ......which one you using Matt? Ta
• Ordered an item and paid instantly for the voucher - nothing ever arrived and they don't respond to e-mail.
  Steer well clear of this lot and keep your hard-earned.
• Hi all,
  I used Dealcloud for some dvds via RRP Discounts. Great price but the voucher didn't work on checkout. I emailed both Dealcloud and RRP: RRP returned to me very quickly with an alternative voucher code to use, which did work. Sadly, it took 1 month (!) for the dvds to reach me.
  So, I don't think that Dealcloud is a con but their customer service/support seems non-existent and they may not have built up suitable support with their deal companies to ensure product availability.
  I'd like to know more about other experiences people have had with them as Dealcloud do have good deals but I'm wary of ordering from them again because of the poor service...
