A question about : How do you spend your Ј1?

Folks,

I spent my monthly Ј1 over the weekend as my charity donation hasn't started yet. This started me thinking on how everyone else spends their Ј1 if they aren't using a charity donation.

So, as a bit of light relief, has anyone got any better suggestions than my two 50p large Snickers bars at a garage?

A question about : Pay Orange Barclaycard in branch

Hi,

I Have an orange credit card, administered by Barclaycard. I'm nearing the limit, but want to use it at the weekend, and will be paying off quite a bit tomorrow. I normally pay by debit card online, but it took 3 days to show last time. Can I pay in cash in a Barclays branch, and if so, will it be credited on the account that day?

Edit, says on the back of my bill I can pay in cash in a Barclays branch up to 5:30 on the day it's due, but no mention of when it's available to spend.

I had a bad experience with being ripped off on a card used on the net so I am really wary of using any credit card online.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of the best and safest card to use online?

A question about : Advice needed...

We received a letter today by a ccs (commercial collection service) agency address to an unknown person in our household to collect a sum owed by this unkown person...

I think someone is using our address and applying for credit cards and using them...

strange thing is that we have not received any statements or anything else from this account apart fom this letter...

is this a scam??? Incorrect address??? any ideals anyone...what should I do...

Long story short. I,m going on holiday soon and I've just been paid from work straight into into by bank account . I wanted to make an online transferee using online banking to send cash from my main bank account to my travel card (one of them us dollar currency cards) from travelex.
