Credit Card PPI

A question about : Credit Card PPI

Hi there;
I have been getting charged around Ј30 a month in PPI charges on top of interest of like Ј30!!!
I am self employed and so am pretty sure the PPI was mis-sold to me and isnt even valid anyway!

Does the same apply as claiming back the Loan PPI's?

• I think it does. I had a Halifax Visa Credit Card and was paying Ј50 ppi per month. Just had a letter from Halifax saying that they agree to refund me an amount with out admission of liability. Just waiting now for the amount. It's worth a try. What have u got to lose....just the cost of a piece of paper and envelope and a stamp!!!! Good luck

  I know I'm such a dumb a##!!!, when it comes to these things, so just wanted to make sure I'm doing it correctly. So a few questions below.................... if anyone can answer them, much appreciated.
  I have just cleared a Virgin credit card and have been paying PPI on it. When I took out the card I was told the PPI was not optional. Is this true? As it seems they have lied, but just wanted to make sure before I go ahead.
