A question about : exchange with no receipt

I understand that you can exchange an item without a receipt if you have another proof of purchase, such as a bank statement.

I wonder though how this works if you bought more than one item on that statement?

I can't find my receipt for a pair of trainers I bought at sports direct. I bought some running socks and some other things at the same time, so my bank statement is showing a higher value than the shoes alone obviously.

Is this still ok to get an exchange on them?

We are moving house and have just chosen a surveyor to carry out a survey of our new home for Ј500. We found them online and have only dealt with them via email so far.

On instructing them, we received their T&Cs on 13 Feb and they have booked to carry out the survey on 24 Feb. They require full payment prior to releasing the report to us.

Hi to everyone,

On 26/12/2014 I've made two orders,

First for 3 items, Second for one item

Goods arrived and we've checked them out. Not happy. After few days we've put all four items into one bag and sent them back to annsummers. (already paid delivery)

On 19/01/2014 I've received partial refund for second order.
Refund amount of Ј8, missing refund for first order Ј31.

A question about : Mugged

So - I decided to buy some holiday euros while the price is good so I ordered up on line and toddled of to Asda with my jar of pennies I save for holiday spends. I tipped the coins into the Coin Star machine and got my little voucher, Ј48, not bad! - so far so good.
I then realised I'd left my currency order slip at home so I dashed off home and got stuck in the traffic. I decided I'd pick the Euros up in the morning on the way to work.

A question about : Small Claims Court

I have submitted a claim to take Tesco to the Small Claims Court. It is a simple case they said they would refund and they haven't. I want to blog about the case before it is heard, would this be stupid and should I wait until after the case?! I don't really see why it should go against me as it's just my side and they can always respond but I'm aware that it could jepordise the case. How long after submission does it take to get to Court?
