A question about : claiming twice for same ppi
Hello.
Back in 2012 I sucessfully made a claim for missold ppi, direct from my bank.
Recently after finding another loan agreement, I called my bank again. They told me all ppi had been paid and we ended the call. After 10 minutes or so, with niggling doubts I called them again to double check. This time the advisor told me that there was no record of any ppi claims against any of the loans I'd had. He told me to claim again, for all of them. I told him no, I don't want to as I've already had refunds and compensation, but he insisted there were no claims and I should claim again.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? How did it end?
Thanks for reading.
