A question about : Claiming back tax on a reclaimed PPI payment

I don't pay income tax (housewife), so am hoping to be able to claim back the 20% tax that was taken off.

The letter from Egg said to visit my local HMRC office, but gave no other details.

Does anyone know exactly what I need to do? Which forms etc?
