A question about : Changing over ISA
I'm thinking of transfering over from my existing ISA to another. How is it best to go about this.I don't want to sacrifice a years worth of ISA savings.Do I wait until the next financial year to have it transfered, therefore minimising the loss of interest. How is best to go about this?

- A smurfy smurf hyposmurf.
Go to the new ISA provider and ask for a transfer form. They will handle everything from then on in. You can transfer at anytime, no need to wait. - Yep another fellow smurf .If I just go ahead and get them to do the transfer won't I miss out on this years interest? It will start from the date of the transfer?Or do transfers take account of this, loosing interest would only happen if I just closed the ISA and reopened another?
- OK thanks.I had a feeling there was a circumstanmce where I could loose a years interest, just have to make sure its a transfer not close and open.
