A question about : Cardiff Estate Agent recommendations please!

Going to be selling my house in Cardiff and I'm out of the loop re: estate agents and how they are viewed. Anyone had any good or bad experiences? Ones to avoid? Also conveyancing solicitor recommendations would be grand too!

  • We bought our place through PABlack in town. They were brilliant. Generally found their sister branches of Peter Alan ok; also John Williams in Llandaff very nice. As a viewer I was most inclined to contact these.
  • What area are you selling in?
  • Selling in Canton.
  • Allen & Harris Agents are excellent as are Berry Smith solicitors.
  • I'm thinking about selling so thought I'd revive this thread.

  • We sold recently in Cardiff using Harry Harper.
    We got lots of viewings and sold at a good price within 2 months.
    They are quite reasonably priced compared to most of their peers.
  • Definitely recommend Allen and Harris/Sequence
