A question about : Plusnet unexplained broadband usage
Hi,
I want to find out whether anyone else has just had an unexplained massive hike in broadband usage recently?
I work every day and don't use the internet until I get home.
apparently yesterday while I was at work, router was on but computer was switched off, my home network used 6 Gb (!), and Plusnet have billed me for excess usage.
I tried to contact them but their lines had a 30 minute waiting time. I placed a ticket on their help system and so far, no response.
A question about : BT contract ending; want to stay with BT. Any recent haggling successes to report?

I currently have unlimited high-speed Infinity fibre broadband and free evening and weekend calls. I don't have and don't want any TV packages.
My contract is ending in a couple of weeks and I'd like to save a bit of money but I've been completely satisfied with the service over the past three years, both with the speed (consistently good and fast) and service downtime (minimal). In particular BT's upload speed is much better than Virgin.
