Overpayment From Old Employer

A question about : Overpayment From Old Employer

Hi, I hope someone can give me some advice.
I used to work for a company, and towards the end of my employ there were some issues regarding my pay. Due to an on-going health problem, I was off work a lot and ended up in hospital having a major operation.
During this time, even though I had provided details of absences and doctors notes to HR/Payroll, they still managed to make several mistakes over the course of a few months, overpaying and underpaying me, and generally being a bit rubbish.

Holidays after maternity leave

A question about : Holidays after maternity leave

My partner will be going on maternity leave in approximately 2 months and intends on taking 9 months.

My question relates to her taking her holiday entitlement after the maternity leave finishes. What if she requests to take the annual leave at the end of the maternity leave, if she gives them notice say 7-8 months in advance are they obliged to gran her the leave?

A question about : Risk of redundancy, re-applying for job. Can I be deselected due to existing pension?

My company is re-structuring several existing teams into one new role. All members of all these teams have been warned of the risk of redundancy as there are not enough positions in the new job for everyone. We have all been invited to apply for the new jobs.
