tomorrow i am ringing to arrange a appointment for BR I am worrying myself to much so just need to make the date!

I see on here someone said they were with judge approx 30 minutes can anyone been through the process please explain what happens when i go to court.

once i been into court i obviousbly can withdraw no money from my accounts, im hoping to be given appointment late next week or week after if poss, am i ok to withdraw my money beforehand, its benefits?

Hi, new to the forum, we are filing for bankruptcy next week can anyone advice if I need to give details of my paypal account please? will this be frozen?

Do I need to print off the account summary of payments or can the court officer just accsess it?

I have read you aren't meant to sell anything beforehand which I wasn't aware of and sold a item for Ј150 will this matter?

Also will this affect my BT or mobile phone accounts, i'm assuming mobile will be as its contract?

A question about : Bank Account Switching Post BR

Hi guys

We are now 2 years post BR and gave it a go signing up with Metro Bank for a bank account to move away from Co-Op who decided to cancel all our standing orders and direct debits without telling us!

To cut a long story short we got accepted by Metro Bank for a joint current account and they set their switching service in motion.

However Co-Op have refused to comply with the switching and rejected it claiming because we are bankrupt (which actually we are not now) we can't switch!
