A question about : Bank Account for use during IVA?
Besides the Co-Op Cashminder account, what other accounts can you recommend that are similar that you would be able to use during an IVA?
To open such account as above can you be refused if you have a default on your credit file?
How do you know which different banks and building societies etc are owned by someone else and part of large group, e.g. with all the changes that have happened in the last five years and so you don't fall into an off set situation where your account is emptied?
Thanks,
John

- I used the Natwest Step Account, and was able to up that to a normal current account within a year or two.
As to who owns what then Google is your best friend, go to the wikipedia entires for a pretty good idea of groups and sister companies.
