A question about : Anyone having trouble with Olympic Holidays after volcanic ash in April?
Olympic Holidays reckon they exercised a duty of care towards us by offering accommodation and breakfast. Well maybe they did but the standard of it was incredibly poor, out of 50 clients only 4 stayed and write ups on internet generally about the hotel are mostly dreadful.
I have written a letter of complaint with 6 key points, the reply has quoted the legal side of things but not acknowledged or investigated any points I've made, then thanked me for taking the trouble to write to them! Surely they should have at least investigated? Problem they have is, we had no route to complain in resort, one of our complaints! and now we're back, the complaints are all in-resort issues but they don't seem interested and they're at a distance. They don't have a customer care policy as ABTA refer us to, so where now?
