A question about : Accepted Payment Plan

Hi All,

I had a payment plan set up with an organisation for unpaid council tax stemming from an overpayment of council tax.

I paid into the agreement via direct debit which was set up at Ј80 per month for 10 months.

Yesterday, I come home to a notification that my wages have been arrested of over Ј300 per month title=Frown

Legally, can they do this if an arrangements already been accepted.
