A question about : 12 month Fixed Term Contract

hi All,

wonder if anyone can help me here.

Me & misus are trying for our 1st house, offer has been accepted etc, however my misus is working as different agency worker for nearly 3 years without a gap.

now she has been offered a fixed term contract directly form RBS(new employer) for a year. as this will be her 1st contracted job, mortgage advisor(london & country) was not sure if they can secure a mortgage for us.

we are going for 90% LTV and cant get mortgage on my own income.

anyone have any idea/suggestions.

  There will be many lenders for this, if the only issue is your partner's contract.
